Our General English Courses consolidate existing knowledge and develop new skills for confident communication in everyday life, travel and work.
Start at the right level
Building on what each learner already knows makes the whole training pathway more effective. We therefore place strong emphasis on diagnostic assessment and use the Cambridge English Placement Test®.
The online test requires no preparation and takes approximately 30 minutes. Candidates receive a score from 0 to 100 and their Common European Framework of Reference level.
Learning pathway
- 75 hours of training across three 25-hour modules.
- Each module is completed and certified independently.
- Learners have three months from enrolment to complete each module.
- A four-skills examination follows completion of all three modules.
Flexible and supported
- Several schedules, bookable up to 30 minutes in advance.
- 17 face-to-face classes per module.
- Classes focus on speaking, with guided reading and writing practice.
- Consolidation materials and an activity folder support final exam preparation.
